Tim has been plumbing locally for 26 years since he was 16, when he served an apprenticeship under his father's company and gained his qualifications. Tim previously ran a successful local business for 16 years, and last year when this partnership separated he set up on his own as Tim Croucher Plumbing & Heating Ltd.

We have just completed our first successful year of trading in our own right. The team consists of Tim and three other very experienced subcontractors, who are either qualified Gas Safe registered engineers or qualified plumbers, one of whom was Tim's apprentice at the age of 16.

Tim is fully certificated with his City & Guilds in plumbing (gained in 1986/87). His JIB in plumbing was gained in 1989 and he also holds a Honeywell certificate in control installation & energy conservation for domestic central heating systems (issued in April 1990). Tim is also CITB/C&G certificated for LPG safety in permanent dwellings (issued in April 2005), and holds a BPEC certificate for unvented hot water storage systems (issued in may 2005). Moreover, he also holds a BPEC certicate of competence for: installing, exchanging, servicing, repairing, breakdowns and commissioning domestic open balanced and fan assisted flued gas fires, wall heaters & water heating appliances (gained in 2007/08).

All works are carried out in accordance with the regulations and compatancies of Gas safe and regulating bodies.

Tim has been accepted recently by the Guild of Master Craftsmen, and is an active member on Checkatrade and fully registered with Gas Safe.
Tim Croucher Plumbing & Heating Ltd has full public liability insurance and is happy to offer no obligtion quotes. We advertise on a monthly basis in Sussex Views (a local publication delivered door to door in our neighbourhood).
We prefer to use Vaillant boilers and Tim is an approved fitter with them and they offer a free extended warranty to 5 years if fitted through our company. We offer a polite, friendly, courteous family run service. Tim is very conscientious, honest, efficient and polite, and will try to fix appliances where economically viable, rather than just quoting for new in all instances. He puts the customers needs first and is an all round good guy.
